At the moment, the Xperia X Performance can be pre-ordered in the following countries: France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden. The smartphone costs €699 unlocked (we assume this means that it'll cost $699 in the US), and comes in four color variants: black, white, lime gold, and rose gold. It looks like the Xperia X Performance won't start shipping before early July, despite the fact that the Xperia X and Xperia XA are going to be released in late May - early June.
The Sony Xperia X Performance is similar to the Xperia X in many aspects, but it's more powerful, as it features a top of the line Snapdragon 820 processor (while the Xperia X has a Snapdragon 650 inside). All three new Xperia handsets show up as "coming soon" over at Sony Mobile's US website. However, we don't know if they're going to be released stateside at the same time as in Europe. We'll keep you posted!
