Current rumors have it that the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 will be water-resistant, sporting a 5.8-inch Quad HD (1440 x 2560 pixels) display, and being powered by a Snapdragon 823, or an Exynos 8890 processor. The upcoming phablet should further offer 6 GB of RAM, USB Type-C port, a 12 MP rear camera (probably similar to the camera we can find on the Galaxy S7 series), and a battery of at least 4,000 mAh. As for storage space, this could go up to a crazy 256 GB.
In addition to a regular, high-end Galaxy Note 6, Samsung may want to release a lite variant of the handset, which could feature a 5.8-inch 1080p display, a Snapdragon 820 processor, and only 4 GB of RAM. Needless to say, both versions will come with S Pen styluses, since this is one of the features that define the Galaxy Note series.

A couple of months ago, we heard that Samsung could be ready to release the Galaxy Note 6 as soon as July. While that may be the case in some markets, it looks like the US will have to wait until August for the new Note to arrive. This won't surprise us, since August was also the month when the Note 5 (pictured on the left) was launched last year.
